Bookmarks

Made from paper and transparencies. Sewn together by machine.
On the back is the quotation:
If one cannot enjoy reading a book over and over again, there is no use in reading it at all.
(Oscar Wilde)

You can never have too many bookmarks! Especially when they're cool like this.

Martha, they are all so fabulous. That quote was meant for me--- I can't seem to find a really good book to read. Reread an old favourite, how satisfying is that.

Hi Martha,
Came to your site via Joy's Cupid's Charm blog. I'm the other artist listed there. Wish I'd known about the Marie Antoinette party. I write a lot about her and use her as inspiration for my artwork.
Your blog is beautiful. I admire your stunning artwork and photos. And since I love books, I really admire these bookmarks.

How neat those are. I heard about you from Joy. Loved your Marie thank you gift to her (with the heart on it).

Great collection of bookmarks. The stitching adds the perfect touch and I love the hit of red in the numbers!
