This is such a cute book!

I can't wait until it comes to my library (or should I spend one of my coveted gift cards on it.... hmmmmm.....

In the spirit of full disclosure, I actually spent some money last weekend! (if you haven't read my blog lately -- I'm living a year of frugal. No purchases unless absolutely necessary)I was visiting my mom on Mothers Day (and my dad too) and my mom and I went to Hygglit -- a super fabulous fabric store in London, Ontario. It is THE source for Liberty Fabrics in Southwestern Ontario. Well, perhaps all of Ontario. Maybe even all of Canada. ANYWAY, I didn't buy any fabric, but I bought 3 patterns because I REALLY NEED to use up my fabric scraps. That's the new goal. Use up the scraps. And the hundreds of beeeeaauuuutiful fat quarters that I have. Sigh....

The book looks to be full of delightful projects. Buying patterns to use for your already purchased fabric is still being frugal - it's putting what you have to good use.

hahah! I can see how well you are using the spirit of frugal.

A girl must create, after all.

My son lives just a block from Hygglit. Very nice owner. Did I ever had time to drop in - no just deliver food for a starving student. But I signed up in the fall with Kaffe Fassette through Hygglet. Love the pattern.
