For the next few months (and beyond if I'm still motivated), I'm dedicating Tuesday nights to Photoshop. Right now I'm taking Marie Otero's Digital Magic 3. I'm (re)learning the basics. I keep "learning" over the years but I keep forgetting (so, obviously I haven't learned well).
One of my favourite things to do is to make a photo b&w and then bring parts of the colour back. Here are Lauren and I at her graduation.
(oh, and by the way, I'm growing my hair back out into a little bob again. I'm feeling too manly lately.....)

sweet pic martha. I like your hair in a bob.
and thank you so much for the awesome card you made! I had thought about making some new years cards and sending them out, since I didnt send any christmas cards (got too caught up in other areas) I suppose if I'm going to do that, I should do it soon!

Very cool picture. I loved Marie's class and am looking forward to the next one.
That's the one thing I want to learn, but I don't think my abbreviated photoshop support it...
Cool way to make sure you get the lessons you need. I have been wanting to take a Photoshop class (in person, not on line) because I think that is the only way I will really dedicate myself to learning it.
Love the pic !
Love the Photoshop effects, very nice. And I had to laugh about the Manly hair... I know just what you mean. I just let my hair grow out a bit myself, as it was entirely too matronly for my! I am after all married, and I STILL like to be somewhat attractive! :)
