the Hokey Pokey really IS what it's all about? I love that thought. I made this canvas for my friend/partner in "crime" aka teaching partner, Debra. I am really enjoying working on canvas. I have a few more canvas pieces in the works.
What a great piece! I'm old enough to actually remember when women used to dress like this ...i.e. my mother did her hoovering in a dress and high heels. Crazy.
Martha, this is so funny, at last month's ATC session at bizzy b's i made a bunch of cards with the hokey pokey on them.. how funny is that. It must be in the air!
Martha, I love this piece! I have that Hokey Pokey stamp, and recently made a postcard with it that is on my blog. Fun! Love the retro look of this canvas too - right up my alley.

an interesting thought and neat piece of artwork!
happy sunday!
very cool canvas!
Just thought I would drop you a line. With your penchant for leaving things for others, what about a toy? http://thetoysociety.blogspot.com/

Martha, I love that quote. This canvas is great and the bright beautiful colors look so good.
I love working with canvas too. The retro ladies you used- are wonderful! I can't wait to see your Marie canvas!

For some reason, this really made me crack up with giggles. All this time I've wondered- it really is all about the hokey pokey isn't it?!
