I love salty snacks. Problem is, sometimes I eat a whole meal while I'm snacking.
My favourite salty snacks!
1. Cheese and crackers (Triscuits or Wheat Thins)
2. Plain ripple chips
3. Nuts and Bolts (Bits and Bites)
4. Nuts -- Peanuts, almonds, pistachios....

And now since I've given up wheat I'm roasting dulse in olive oil for my oh so healthy salty snack.
1. home made Chex mix
2. cashews
3. feta cheese mixed with a little cream cheese spread on a cucumber
4. potato chips (baked and kettle)
5 peanuts
1. Sweet and Salty granola bars Nature Valley peanut, almond and chocolate bits.
2. Cheesies...but not the crunchy ones, the big fat smooth ones.
3. Olives.
