Hangin' with the five year olds.......

The conversation went like this:

"Hey Ms. Brown -- you have lots of grey hair"
"Thanks for pointing that out, Jack."
pause......
"Ms. Brown, are you old?"
"Just a bit older than my teeth."
long pause.........
"Ms. Brown -- you're funny."
"I know."

Martha,
Ohhhhhhhhhh I have been there!
I usually have the customers (WHO ARE ADULTS BY THE WAY) usually asking me if I have LIGHTENED my hair.....and then I know the grays are showing too much and I need to color it! Heheheeh!
Kids at least say it in a way where you want to just giggle! :0)
You are beautiful inside and out.....just a reminder!

Hugs,Patti

That's hilarious. That reminds me of what Aidan did to me this week. He told me that my hair was in the way and it was tickling his face. So he decided to start picking them off one at a time. Yikes!

...but you have to remember that 5 year olds think that 12 year olds are old.

Hope all is well with you. I've not done much arting lately. In a bit of a artful slump at the moment.

It was great fun to visit your beautiful blog.
