Guerilla Love :)

Well, I didn't join the knit up so I would get wonderful comments from my neighbours. That's just a bonus. So far, nothing unpleasant. I can't believe that all of the tags were full when I checked it out today! It's freezing out, yet people took the time to add a comment. I added some more blank tags. I can't decide when I should remove the tags, if ever. I kind of wanted to make a tag book with the comments, but I like the idea of leaving them there too......Here are some of them!

Oh how wonderful ! These comments are so sweet and loving towards your knit up. How fun that people actually stopped and took the time to give you a little nod back. Gives you hope for the goodness in all people, doesn't it ? Very very cool !

Martha,
I had every intention of walking over to see your guerilla love in installation but it was so cold. I started out but the biting wind and minus 19 C temps made me turn back. Sorry I missed it!
I'm so glad that you had so many positive responses.
Bravo!

What wonderful comments. Keep taking photos of all the comments, just in case the weather is hard on them. The tags will make a great book.

I seriously considered going to the park, but I've got too much on my plate. I'm thinking of doing something similar in the park near my building...

How fantastic! - I hope some people will leave me comments in the little plastic bag I left with my knit - I'm going along to check at the end of the week

This is just the coolest idea Martha. I loved seeing the pictures of you and your pole sweater, and then reading all these tag "poems."

I hadn't seen this post when I commented before -- I love it even more! Is the pole sweater still there? Thanks for your suggestion/comments on my plastic bag knitting. I just read about the ironing thing a few days ago on etsy, but have yet to try it. Will post when I do. Cheers!
