I have happy memories of watching eggs turn into tadpoles and then letting the frogs/toads loose in the nearby swampy woods when I was in elementary school.Joanne Huffmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01759522152058279949noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24509137.post-55269580832225549032010-04-17T20:40:03.562-04:002010-04-17T20:40:03.562-04:00I love these guys too! I'm so glad you do this, this is one of the things my boys both remember, I do too, since we then had to plant a garden to house the newly released butterflies.Irenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15171389134207433317noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24509137.post-66816466828346272422010-04-17T19:53:47.342-04:002010-04-17T19:53:47.342-04:00That is such an adorable picture of you and your f...That is such an adorable picture of you and your froggie friend. I have such fond memories of going down to the local creek and scooping up tadpoles and watching them change. When they became little frogs we would release them back at the creek. It is such a wonderful experience for a child to see life transform right in front of them. Your students are very lucky!Pilarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08098732544778917754noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24509137.post-59906842148607490782010-04-17T17:58:51.172-04:002010-04-17T17:58:51.172-04:00I used to "raise" tadpoles in a jar when...I used to "raise" tadpoles in a jar when I was a child!
